These wondrous volatile gifts, exuded by blooming flowers and ripening fruits, self-healing barks and nascent leaves –

incredibly complex and graciously balanced Cornucopia 

of unique aromatic molecules in every essence 

(up to 700 kinds in every drop of Jasmine scent for instance), 

ethereal essences are produced in miniscule amounts, 

yet powerfully commanding the lives of the plants;

and then they are painstakingly extracted by master-artisans from the mountains of buds, wood chips and resin drops,

and occasionally – from some other extraordinary natural sources 

– like animal secretions of Musk, Civet and Ambergris:

they are ultimately condensed into precious drops 

of the Vital Force of Nature in its purest form –

the very souls of those fragrant herbs and trees – 

buds and blossoms, grasses and fruits, 

precious woods and incense resins, leaves and seeds –
